Sports and exercise have defined my life. I grew up in Slovenia and spent all my life playing tennis. Tennis had played a huge role for me, psychologically, as I was growing up. The routines and demands of being sports athlete had provided the daily structure for my life. My work as a personal and health trainer gives me the privilege of helping people take charge of their body, mind and nutrition. Therefore BOMINU.

It’s so powerful to witness unfit and unhappy people become confident, fit and happy. The amazing part is that anyone can make dramatic and visible improvements in their lives by taking a baby steps. One of the best parts of being a personal and health trainer is seeing clients reach their goals. You need to eat well, to move more and be mindful. Is that simple, and I will going to show you how to do it right.

Over the years I have trained many people, with a different range of goals. Through much experience, I also grew a passion and curiosity for the human body, wanting to make a particular and exclusive plan to fit the needs and wants of my members. A sport- influenced and healthy lifestyle is my passion. Consequently, I became the founder of the BOMINU (Body, Mind, Nutrition) program and the MMIIT (medium mindful interval intense training) workout.

Why I created MMIIT? As oppose to an aggressive outlook into exercising, my view is to impose a calmer attitude and consequently be more aware of your mind. Popular high intensity workouts should not be done more than three times per week (at most), because it is so strenuous. It puts an incredible strain on your nervous system, joints and muscles; leading to more harm than good.

MMIIT is an efficient way not only to just look fit, but feel fit, as well. It’s a great workout for burning fat, boosting endurance and toning up if you’re looking to get or stay lean, MMIIT workouts can securely show up in your routine every day without leading to any strain unlike high intensity programs, depending on your goals, training intensity and fitness level, or how quickly you recover in between sweat sessions.

My aim is for you to take care of your body, mind and nutrition. If you are interested in diving deeper into the mysteries of the body and mind BOMINU should be your go-to resource.

Come and join many people around the world training with BOMINU!
